All our electrical / electronic products work only on 110 Volts. If purchasing international, please check with your country's voltage if the product will work. Otherwise, you would need to purchase an electric converter to switch electricity from 220 V to 110 V to work on our products. Please check the description for each listing before purchasing.

· We accept Paypal only for payments at this time, the most secure method of payment
· We have the right to cancel any order at anytime and send you a full refund for your order.
· For addresses within Michigan, a sales tax of 6% of the item price will be added to the sale price.
· We process your order once we receive the payment only. No order is processed before receiving the payment.
· Orders placed on or before 11:00 am EST (Mon-Fri) within USA ship the SAME DAY. When your order ships, you will be emailed tracking information. Sometimes, there might be some delay so it will be shipped the very next business day. Most of our Standard shipping items are free with no extra cost. Some of the order might have some charges, please refer to each listing for shipping charges and details.
· We ship with FedEx, USPS and UPS depending on each order and its destination. We cannot guarantee your shipping carrier if you prefer a carrier from another.
· Standard Shipping: Usually take 2-8 business days depending on the order. There are some delays which RARELY happens and it could take up to 15 days sometimes( In Rare Cases ).
· Expedited Shipments: Usually take 1-3 business days depending on the destination. There are extra charges for this service. Please refer to the shipping cost for each item in each listing.
· We do not ship on weekend or public holidays.
· Each order sent, will have a packing slip. You will find inside a receipt of order and a message to our customer ( To You )
· Freight / LTL / Skid shipments are handled with in 2-3 business days depending on the order. Freight shipments usually take 1-8 business days for delivery depending on the destination but these services are not guaranteed and it might rarely take a more time. We only offer Standard shipping for freights at this time.
· Due to safety and security purposes, we are can NOT accept local pickups at this time.
· Please refer to each item for shipping, import and customs fees. Most items ship within the next business day.
· We do NOT ship to Alaska/Hawaii, APO/FPO, US Protectorates, PO Boxes.
· All ARKBAY orders come with a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee or a replacement (Buyer's Choice). If you have any problems with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to solve this problem. The return Period starts once your tracking number shows that the item is delivered. We offer a Hassle Free Return Policy for our customers.
· For Hand bags, orders only come with a 14 Day Return Policy.
· After the 30 Day Return Period, if you are experiencing issues with your item, you may refer to the manufacturer's warranty on your item if applicable.
· If you have an issue with your item within the return policy date, we will be happy to help you with your order and to send you a prepaid shipping label with the instructions to send your item back to us. Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will issue a refund. Usually refunds take 1-3 business days after delivery to be processed in our warehouse. (In rare cases, it may take an additional 3-5 days for the refunded amount to appear on your account).
· If you wish to return an item, you MUST contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Items returned without an RMA will be refused, and no refund will be issued.
· All items being returned for a refund must be returned in the same condition as received, including all accessories and packaging materials. If any item is missing, tampered with, or taken apart a fee will be applied for the cost of the replacement or the item will be shipped back to you. We have the right to refuse the item and return it back to you if it was not returned in the same condition.
· If a refund is being requested for a non defective item, a 15% restocking fee may apply (min. $10), with no shipping refunded.
· Please note that every return made must be back in original box with all original accessories included. The product must also match the serial number that we have on file once we ship the item to you. If an item is being returned with a different serial number, we cannot accept a return.
· ARKBAY reserves the right to test defective returns and impose a minimum 15% restocking fee if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.
· Items Sold AS IS are as described items and do not come with any warranty or return policy. No returns accepted for AS IS items.
