We ship only to PayPal Address. If you want us to ship to other address, please write it down in PayPal Note when you pay! Address variation request via email will not be accepted.
According to the latest requirements of the Russian post, the seller must write the buyer's full name (including last name, middle name, first name) on parcel or letter sent to Russia from overseas. Meanwhile, provide buyers exact address for successful delivery. Otherwise, parcel (letter) of any size may be returned.
We will ship your order within 24 hours upon Receiving Cleared Payment except for Sunday and Public Holidays.
Most countries delivery time will be around 12 – 30 days. South America may take 30-40 days.
Recently the Hong Kong Post announced that all items shipping by air is now subject to x-ray screening for regulated materials. This additional screening has cause delay in shipment. Please be aware that delivery may take a few days longer than usual. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
For countries with high parcel lost rate likes Italy, Brazil, Chile and Israel, we highly recommend you shall subscribe for the tracking number which is charged by Post Office costs USD 3.0 per parcel. Please add the extra money into the total bill when you pay through PayPal. Write a remark “Paid USD 3.0 for tracking number” in the PayPal Note will certainly help us to process your requirements.
For any reason, if you are unavailable to accept the parcel, then the parcel will be held at your local Mail sorting office waiting for collection by you.

No Combine Shipping
Combine shipping is not available in general. We will only consider that if you purchase more than 10 pieces with each item less than 50 grams because our postage cost is directly proportionate to the parcel weight on every gram. Please contact our customer service for wholesale arrangement if you are retailer or wholesaler.
Local Tariff & Taxes
If your country charges for any import tariff or taxes, it is your responsibility as a citizen to pay for it. We will not be liable if your country customs department detains your parcel.
We offer a 14 days return policy. Returns and Refunds are acceptable under the following conditions:
- Return items must contain all original undamaged packing. All Return items must be in the same condition, it was received. All goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the seller together with the reason why you returned the item.
- All manufacturer defect or items not as described complaint must be reported with 48 hours appoint shipment received by the buyer. Buyer has to provide a clear picture or video via email or another communication method to seller showing manufacturer defect, items not as described or damaging condition it may cause by the shipping period.
- For all manufacture defect or items not as described returns. Buyer will have to pay the return shipping label first and we will credit the shipping cost back to the buyer once all the return items fulfil our return requirement from condition (1) listed above.
- Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer’s actions. Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage. In such case, we will not be able to provide any return, refund nor exchange.
- The purchase turns out to be unwanted within 30 days. Buyer should pay for return shipping fee. In addition, we will deduct the return restocking fees (20% of selling price)
- We will not be able to refund nor resent if buyer provides a wrong shipping address.
- If your return is not a result of our shipping error, we will not refund the Expedited shipping fees.
- All exchange and resend request. Buyer will liable to pay all the shipping cost
- We will refund (less postage) or send a replacement item to your within 2 - 5 working days after the items received on our side and meet all of our refunds and return condition listed from above.
* Special Hygiene Note For Underwear and Lingerie:
You can only return underwear (e.g cycling shorts) and lingerie if the product packaging hasn't been open or used. In order to maintain a high level of personal hygiene on all our product. If the package has not been open. All special return item like underwear and lingerer will be destroyed and we will deduct the destroy processing fees (40% of selling price) off from the return fund to the buyer account.
** Return process: First of all, please send us an email request along with a few pictures of the original undamaged content. Second of all, a snap shot of the return address along with postage stamp from your local post office. Once we received your request and meet all of the return conditions. A full refund will be issued within 2 – 5 business days.

For all the custom made the item. We will NOT be able to accept any RETURN, REFUND and DO NOT WANT request.
