About the area
Campeche, rightly known as the “Hidden Treasure of Mexico,” has miles of coastline along the Gulf, parts of it white sand beach and other parts of it protected mangroves. Much of Campeche’s interior is lush tropical and semi-tropical jungles filled with Mayan Ruins and a wealth of plant, animal, and bird life. On the east and southeast Campeche shares a border with Belize and Guatemala. These countries are both less than a day’s drive away and can provide further tourist options for the adventurous traveler.
Unspoiled but not isolated, are two nearby towns. Five minutes north is the quaint fishing village of Sabancuy (“Sabancooey”), which is the regulating municipality of the development. Five minutes south, is another picturesque fishing village – Isla Aguada, located right before crossing the 2 mile long bridge to Ciudad del Carmen, a major city of about 150,000 with modern shopping malls, American box stores such as Wal-Mart, Home Depot and Sam’s Club, etc. There are large hospitals, an international airport and plenty of fast-food franchises as well.
About the Development of the Property
We intend to build a boutique, luxury hotel on the lot. The Boutique Hotel, is a 40 room, 4 Star hotel with restaurant, retail and spa/health club facilities that are part of the hotel. A 20 space parking garage is part of this project, to be built directly across Third Street from the hotel entrance. Owners will be equity owners in the project.
This is a ground up construction project.
The total time frame for the project is 5 years. Once its completed we will host a ceremony for all our owners to attend to view the finish project.
During construction no access to the property is permitted. Once we’re completed construction owners can stay at one of the rooms for free. A maintenance feee will be applied during your stay

Once your payment is received You will receive certificate of ownership ownership and owners by laws. A closing fee of $499 is assessed for recordings and Development plans for the project. Construction updates are sent out quarterly . We can schedule visits to the property. Please contact us in advance to do so.
There are no liens on the property. By purchasing you understand that the property is not yet developed and it will be developed within the next 12 months. You can not build on the property as we already have plans to build on it.
