◦If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Refund will MINUS actual shipping cost that seller already paid sending it to you. This is the restocking fee.
◦Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging, original sealed package (if applicable). Open box item will be deduct 30% off purchase price.
◦For clothing, Unworn, unwashed, with original tag(if had).
◦ In the very unlikely event that your item has a tracking number that is showed delivered but lost or damaged by the shipping carrier, please file a claim directly with them. If it is USPS, Priority Mail is insured and claim could be filed online.
◦ Q: Why free shipping but charged restocking fee when refund?
◦ A: The seller paid for actual shipping cost to the shipping carrier service when sending it to you. Therefore, when return, this actual cost will be deducted as a restocking fee to cover the cost.
◦ Q: Is there combine ship when purchase multiple?
◦ A: If it is ship free then there is no combine. But if you buy multiple items and want more discount, please contact through message and do not make payment yet, wait for the invoice.
◦ Q: What does "Store Display" or "New Without Box" and "New without tag" mean?
◦ A: Item with condition that is "New without box" and "Store Display" is when the item was on the shelf to display and show case the item at the store that selling it. The item could have been tried on and showed sign of worn. Item will be described in details and close up pictures. The item in the pictures will be the exact one that you will get.
"New without tag" is normally applicable for clothing that obviously has no sign of wearing/washing, or it had an original label and tag but has been crossed out or removed to prevent original physical store return.
◦ Q: "Pre-owned"?
◦ A: All "Pre-owned" items are inspected carefully and normally in either good or very good condition. Any issue would be described. However, we could miss a thing or two and that is totally unintentionally, please contact seller for dispute and solution. All items have been wiped, cleaned or washed or dry clean and stored under room temperature with Silica Gel bags to control moisture.
◦ Q: Is the item authentic?
◦ A: The item was bought directly from major brand name stores with receipt that include the item name/UPC/serial number/date of purchase. In case of dispute about authentication, this will be provided as proof.
