30 Days Limited Returns Policy

We accept most items for return within 30 days of receiving your order. The buyer is responsible for returns shipping. Please refer to the excluded items below.

Refunds:
Refunds are processed through PayPal within 1-2 business days of receiving the return.

Replacements:
Replacements are shipped within 1-2 business day of receiving the return. For damaged items, we can ship out the replacement once we confirm the carrier has picked up the package. For lost items, replacements can only be processed after the carrier has completed the lost package investigation.

Restocking & Return Fees

Orders are refunded in full unless excluded in the situations below. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% or deny the return in these situations:
